How It Works

Rules & Guidelines

  • To be eligible for Rideshare Premium, the customer must select a minimum of (3) days within the current week.

  • The max amount of days a customer can select within a week is (7) days. Important: a (7) day schedule request is only possible if you sign up for Rideshare Premium on the Sunday prior to the upcoming week.

  • If a Rideshare Premium customer cancels more than half (50%) of the total scheduled rides within the current week without a reasonable explanation, your Rideshare Premium service will be flagged and placed under review by our scheduling team.

    Example: Customer books (1) One way Rideshare service, daily, Monday through Friday, totaling (5) One way rides per week. If that customer cancels (3) out of the (5) total one way rides within an active subscription week, the customer has then cancelled (50)% or more of their total requested rides. (Add more)

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Neighborly Rideshare of any schedule changes that may cause service interruption.

  • Customers are allowed to substitute their designated Rideshare Premium route for an alternate route, as long as the new route doesn’t delay our driver for the next schedule appointment.

    Fare adjustments will apply depending on the route duration, and dynamic pricing for that time of day.

    We highly recommend that all Premium customers request for a route change using the "Route Change Request" form listed on this page. A support rep will respond to your request, as quickly as possible.

    Route changes can be denied if the requested changes alter other appointments.

    Last minute route changes at the time of pickup are NOT recommended and will be left at the discretion of the driver/ dispatch manager at that time. A last minute route change while on an active ride may accrue a fee.

  • In order to "lock in" your desired Rideshare Premium time-slot, all users must pay a 30% deposit estimated total amount of your weekly rides. Please Note: The deposit is not an extra or additional fee on top of your ride cost.
