Delete Your Neighborly Rideshare Account

Request the permanent deletion of your Rider or Driver account. This page applies to both Neighborly Rideshare Rider and Driver accounts.

Account Deletion Request

Neighborly Rideshare respects your privacy and provides Rider and Driver users the ability to permanently delete their account.

Deleting your account permanently removes your ability to sign in and permanently deletes or anonymizes your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

For your protection, every deletion request must first be verified to ensure the request is being made by the legitimate account owner.

What Happens After You Submit a Request?

Add the following numbered list:

1. Submit your deletion request using the form below or from inside the Neighborly Rideshare app.

2. Neighborly Rideshare verifies that you are the owner of the account.

3. Any active rides, unpaid balances, refunds, payment disputes, or safety investigations are reviewed before deletion.

4. Once approved, your sign-in access, profile information, contact information, saved payment methods, profile photos, push notification tokens, and other direct identifiers are permanently removed.

5. Certain limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, rider or driver safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or tax obligations.

6. Neighborly Rideshare sends confirmation once your deletion request has been completed.

Processing Time

We normally complete verified account deletion requests within 7 business days. Requests involving payment disputes, safety investigations, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or other complex matters may require additional processing time. If additional time is needed, we will notify you whenever practical.

Form Disclaimer (Important)

Submitting this form does not automatically delete your account.

For your protection, Neighborly Rideshare must first verify your identity using information already associated with your account before any deletion request is approved.

Never submit passwords, verification codes, payment card information, driver's license numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this form.
