Rideshare Dispatch Information

  • Please make sure to always check the front passenger side windshield for an official Neighborly Rideshare decal. Compare and double check your drivers name, vehicle license plates, make, model, and color that's provided in the dispatch text message (833-443-2863). You must say the drivers name first before entering the vehicle. From there the driver will confirm your name and then your trip will begin.

  • Premium Route

    Premium users are given (2) free late cancellation credits per month. You will be charged standard fee rates for subsequent cancellations.

    Important Reminder: Premium members cannot cancel more than half (50%) of their scheduled premium rides in a week without proactive acknowledgment. See Rideshare Premium Rules & Guidelines. See Terms & Conditions.

    *Non Premium Route

    You have 3 minutes to cancel a ride before the late cancellation fees are applied? Timer starts once you have received the dispatch message.

    *Non Premium Route is when an active member of Rideshare Premium books a standard service with a location that is outside of their Premium Route.

  • Our drivers may experience unforeseen traffic delays when en route.

    Per procedure, our drivers will message you if they run into any unexpected delays and will provide an updated ETA.

    As apart of our terms and conditions, Neighborly Rideshare drivers are allotted a 10 minute grace period to arrive after your appointment pickup time and must communication with the customer. We are committed and dedicated to our on-time arrival efficiency, and 10 minute delays are uncommon.
