Hi Neighbors,

I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for your continued support of Neighborly Rideshare. Your trust and loyalty mean the world to us — especially to those who’ve been with us since our early days in 2023. We’ve grown together as a community, and I’m incredibly grateful for that.

That said, I’d like to clear up a few recent points of confusion around communication, scheduling, and ride requests to help things run more smoothly for everyone.

📞 Company Dispatch Line

Our official company phone number — 833-443-2863 — is a registered U.S. toll-free business line for Neighborly Rideshare. It’s listed publicly on Google, as well as in the white and yellow pages.

Please note, this is not my personal phone number. While I do have access to this line, we also have other staff and select drivers who help monitor and respond to messages through this number.

So if you’re communicating through our company phone line, please keep in mind that you may be speaking with someone from our dispatch team — not me directly. We kindly ask that all messages remain professional and focused on your ride or scheduling needs.

📱 Personal vs. Company Contact

Some of you may still have my personal or business number from earlier in our company’s journey. I truly appreciate those connections and welcome messages for non-ride-related matters.

However, please do not use my personal line to request rides. All ride requests must go through our official company number (833-443-2863) to ensure your trip is logged, tracked, and dispatched properly.

🚗 Ride Requests & Details

To help our team serve you faster, please include all ride details upfront when requesting:

• Pickup & drop-off location

• Any additional stops or round trips

We often receive messages like “Are any rides available?” without any details, which delays our ability to confirm availability. Sending all your ride information at once helps us quickly check the schedule and let you know if a driver is available.

🕕 Hours of Operation:
Neighborly Rideshare operates Monday through Sunday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Any changes or closures will always be posted on our website and shared via dispatch text.

💡 Why Ride Details Matter

Providing complete ride details allows us to:

• Quickly confirm if your requested time overlaps with another customer’s appointment

• Assign the right driver efficiently

• Avoid confusion and extra fees for added stops not mentioned upfront

When stops or round trips are added during or after the ride, additional time-based fees will apply — so including them early helps you save time and money.

🌱 A Note from Me Personally

Building this startup from the ground up has been one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences of my life. From moments with a full team to times when it’s been just me running operations, I’ve learned that community — our neighbors — is what keeps us moving forward.

If our communication has sometimes felt personal, that’s because it is. I genuinely care about our riders, and I’m thankful for every bit of patience, encouragement, and feedback you’ve given.

As we continue to grow — with more drivers, better automation, and improved technology — I want you to know that your support is what makes all of this possible.
